Training Needs Analysis

If you’ve got staff then odds are they are going to need some training to safely operate your business. The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act (HSWA) 1974 (Section 2) requires every employer to provide whatever information, instruction, training and supervision is necessary to ensure, “so far as is reasonably practicable”, the health and safety at work of their employees and others affected by their activities.

It can be a mine field navigating all the varied opinions people have on what training should and should not be offered to staff on induction and ongoing. Luckily, we are all qualified trainers with many years experience in planning, writing and delivering Training to a variety of different sectors.
